Details Our research group has described a structure of communication network by using Shannon entropy and has developed the models from memoryless channel to memory channel. On the other hand, if information is stored in organization, information security comes to light as unavoidable problem. In this paper, the authors propose a model to describe the two aspects of information sharing in organization and information blocking to outside by introducing the concept of information security into communication network of memory channel. As a result, we obtained the outcome that members who carry out actively information sharing within an organization and shut off the confidential information to outside the organization are exemplary. In addition, we confirmed the effective information security measures are different depending on the type of communication network.
