Details The course will mainly deal with issues on constitutional and international protection of human rights in postwar Japan. The primary purpose of this course is to develop the ability of students to understand and discuss fundamental constitutional legal concepts and human rights issues in English. It is hoped that the course will give students global and comparative perspectives and encourage them to prepare for the international career building.
